Between July 2016 and September 2017, the author of this book experienced a series of disenfranchised losses which forced her into deep introspection through mindfulness.
Thus she was able to gather the inner strength she needed in order to heal, find resilience and build a new life from scratch as a newly single, homeless mother of two young daughters.
